Memphis Airport Seismic Upgrades

Construction of seismic upgrades to Taxiways November, Yankee, Tunnel West, and the Winchester Interchange bridge consisted of rehabilitation of 632 beam bearings, installation of steel girder restrainer brackets, and miscellaneous structural concrete reinforcement.  Work on these bridge structures was performed while maintaining all aircraft and vehicular traffic.

The main terminal access bridge improvements included the erection of 148 new structural steel beams along with the removal of expansion joints, lighting modifications, painting, and repaving of the upper drive.
